Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the work of Analysts, ensuring quality and providing direction as needed.

  • Structure complex problems for the team and drive analysis in the right direction.
  • Perform quantitative analysis on large amounts of granular client data using data manipulation and statistical tools.
  • Work closely with other team members and managers to deliver business solutions characterized by advanced analytical approaches and quantitative modeling.
  • Help identify relationships among complex data from diverse areas and contribute to identification of insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure optimal use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a Premier Educational Institute with excellent academic records.
  • Total professional experience of 2-4 years.
  • Exposure to work on analytical tools such as SAS/SQL, Advance Excel, R, Python.
  • Able to handle complex analytical tasks and come up with implementable business solutions.
  • Fast learner with strong mathematical and scientific complexities.
  • Proven track record of communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
