Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of Power Plant projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage technical discussions with suppliers and stakeholders to finalize project scope and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and project team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 20-25 years of experience in Power Plant project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Power Plant systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
