Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of Associate Director Managed Review. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing group to prioritize tasks and meet client objectives.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to drive best practices within the Managed Review department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Managed Review projects to prioritize tasks and meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with US and EMEA teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in ongoing assessment of revenue and service level metrics.
  • Drive best practices within the Managed Review department.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team and departmental processes.
  • Provide vision, leadership, direction, and coaching to employees.
  • Manage the Managed Review India department, including performance reviews and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience leading a large-scale managed document review delivery team.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
  • Experience providing sales support or overseeing managed review client relationships.
  • Excellent eDiscovery subject-matter communication and customer service demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively internally and with clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience overseeing delivery of managed review for complex financial services and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Working knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including Relativity and other Review technologies.
