Role and Responsibilities

To carry out a range of assigned clerical / support duties in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards under appropriate guidance and direction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out a range of assigned clerical / support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all relevant account / data administration requirements within agreed service standards.
  2. Respond to a range of general standard processing enquiries referring to senior colleagues where appropriate.
  3. Contribute to the completion of the team's workload.
  4. Improve own skills as knowledge within the operational team taking opportunities to identify areas for improvement to processes and service.
  5. Undertake duties at a similar level as required.
  6. Ensure compliance with Equiniti's procedures, standards and reporting requirements, together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, where appropriate implementing actions to protect our business at all times.
  7. Always to undertake the duties of this role in accordance with the requirements of the company's Regulators, including FCA's Principles for Business.
  8. Complete work within the security arrangements of Equiniti. Any deliberate contravention of these procedures may lead to disciplinary procedure.
  9. Ensure that all work is undertaken within the quality system.
  10. Ensure that work and ethics comply with all security arrangements both physical and information.

  3. Produces accurate and legible written work at all times.
  4. Uses straightforward personal planning to organise own work effectively.
  5. Knows where to find things and adheres to deadlines.
  6. Uses a keyboard on one or more systems, understanding functions for producing a range of outputs.
  7. Has an understanding of the main activities of own business unit/area.
  8. A good understanding of specified products, routine tasks and procedures within own team, including some non-routine activities.
  9. Where appropriate is aware of regulatory practices and constraints which impact on own work.
  10. Willing to work in US Shift timings.
