Senior Engineering Manager Role

We are seeking a technically hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our complex platform efforts.

  • Lead architecture and design, driving deep architectural decisions.
  • Own platform stability and uptime SLAs, guiding the adoption of engineering best practices.
  • Architect systems that handle high QPS, concurrency, and real-time data processing.
Key Qualifications

Core Architecture & Systems Design: Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems.

Backend Technologies: Expertise in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js in high-throughput systems.

Data at Scale: Experience with OLTP and OLAP systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Redshift.
