Creative Oversight and Team Support

  • Providing clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond baseline execution.
  • Mentoring junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
  • Helping manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partnering with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
Requirements
