Role: Senior Program Manager - Finance Transformation
Reports to: Finance Director
Overview
The position is responsible for supporting the US FP&A leadership and India Finance Leadership on various digital finance transformation initiatives. This includes touchless delivery and continuous improvement projects across Finance, with a focus on process standardization, simplification, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve department productivity in alignment with strategic imperatives.
- Develop effective forecast models using advanced excel to support long-term solutions.
- Lead finance digital transformation, inducting tools like Power BI, MS Access, and MS Projects.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and excel modeling to provide insightful recommendations.
- Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global FP&A processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in running projected and initiatives on digital/reporting transformation in Finance domain.
- B.Tech./ M. Tech, MCA, Chartered Accountants or MBA from Tier 1 institute.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in project management, establishing business systems, and process improvements.
