We are seeking an experienced Agile facilitator who possesses strong business analysis skills to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques.

- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.
