Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and solution-driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence. They will be able to effectively collaborate with US stakeholders, drive documentation of stakeholder requirements, and ensure project expectations are delivered on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications
  • Review requirements with US-based stakeholders and India developers to gain consensus before development starts
  • Collaborate with the website development team and stakeholders in managing scope, schedule, and quality of projects
  • Work with the US-based Enterprise team on projects that require integration between the two systems
  • Communicate project deliverables to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Related university degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise
  • Ability and willingness to work US hours, as this role requires significant collaboration with US stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is required
  • Strong organization and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines
