Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mobile app developer to join our team as a Flutter Developer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform apps for Android and iOS.

You will work independently or in collaboration with a small team to create scalable, user-friendly mobile apps that make a real impact. Your primary responsibility will be to translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable Flutter UI.

Additional responsibilities include integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth functionality and performance, and taking ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle - from planning to deployment and maintenance.

Key Skills Required:

  • Mobile Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, including 3+ years with Flutter.
  • Flutter Expertise: Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
  • Strong Skills in Dart and Flutter: Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should possess strong skills in mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization, as well as proficiency in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests.

In addition, knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools is desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Native Mobile Development Experience: Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.
  • CI/CD Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions is a bonus.
  • Automated Testing Knowledge: Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter is a valuable asset.
  • App Store Submission Guidelines Understanding: Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes is also an advantage.
