We are seeking a seasoned Flutter Developer to join our project team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality Flutter applications across mobile and web platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of accessibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, user-friendly Flutter applications using industry-standard best practices.

• Implement state management using Provider to ensure seamless scalability.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across platforms.

• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards for web and mobile applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.

• Proven expertise in Flutter Web development.

• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.

• Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).

• Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.

• Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux).
