Mobile App Growth Specialist

About the role:

We're seeking a results-driven Mobile App Growth Specialist to oversee and scale paid campaigns that drive installations, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness applications. This position involves executing daily paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and ensuring sustainable growth.

If you excel in scaling apps through advertisements, experimenting with creative content, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to enhance performance, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels to drive installations and conversions
  • Create and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience scaling mobile applications via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness applications
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
