Job Title: Senior Development Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Chemist to spearhead our chemical development operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch Processing: Develop, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.
  • Comprehensive Analysis: Take full ownership of product analysis, including CDP (Chemical Development Project), AMV (Apparent Molecular Weight), PV (Peroxide Value), and other essential parameters.
  • Quality & Documentation: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Innovation & Scale-Up: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories, strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy), excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, and a proactive leadership approach.
