Job Summary

This role will work closely with customers to design, develop and deploy AI applications on our platform addressing critical healthcare challenges. You will rapidly build data pipelines, tools, analytics and data applications across Population Health, Life Sciences and Research domains.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement healthcare technology solutions, AI-driven analytics tools and applications.
  • Build and iterate data products and applications on a cloud data platform.
  • Confidently present complex topics to CTO and executive audiences.
About This Role

You will be responsible for building transformative AI solutions, engineering bespoke agentic AI solutions and owning the entire data configuration & integration lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in healthcare IT and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

  • Required Skills:
  • 10 years of experience in Engineering, Analytics and Data Science in health care.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics and Data Science.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), healthcare interoperability standards and national health data sets.
