A leading aerospace and engineering company is seeking a skilled BIM Project Manager to drive exceptional quality and service for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage
  • Manage Views to Issues, automated Grouped Clashes, and BIM Track Settings for Navisworks
  • Use Interactive clash pinpoint display in Navisworks models with sectioning filter to visualize clashes
  • Publish a model to Viewer from Navisworks and manage Clash Status Synchronization
  • Perform early design review and constructability analysis in Autodesk Revit
  • Update BIM Project Documents and perform 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
  • Conduct 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk Navisworks and hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
Requirements:
  • You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Specific qualifications include experience in BIM Track issues Creation and Navis works Viewpoint Creation
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD, BIM360, BIM Track is necessary
  • Good Knowledge in Integrated Features of BIM Track for Navisworks is required
  • Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures, especially Mechanical and Plumbing, is necessary
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), are required
  • A Completed bachelor's in engineering with 3 + work experience is necessary
