Seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead financial operations. Ideal candidate possesses expertise in IFRS accounting, AR & AP processes, taxation, compliance, and cross-border transactions.

  • Manage internal and external audits for India and Global entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement internal controls as per IFC/SOX regulations.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Establish checks and balances at each level and maintain/update budgets and financial models for the business.
  • Monitor day-to-day accounting practices and operations.
  • Streamline billing and accounting systems using ERP and BI/reporting software.
  • Ensure month-end closing and reporting of P&L and balance sheet within 3-5 days.
  • Handle direct and indirect taxation, including transfer pricing and statutory compliances.
  • Drive and monitor cross-border financial transactions adhering to global tax and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and global finance regulations.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 resources.
  • Manage working capital and treasury, and liaise with banks.
  • Provide strategic financial insights supporting business growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • Strong expertise in IFRS accounting and global financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Taxation, Compliance, and Cross-Border Transactions.
  • Sound understanding of finance, business, and operational issues; wide knowledge of various Finance sub-functions including costing, revenue recognition, accounting, working capital, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar).
  • Experience in managing finance operations for global organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Exposure to M&A finance integration and transfer pricing.
  • Prior experience in multinational corporations or high-growth companies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in matrix organizations.
