Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize visual assets for performance across a range of mobile devices.
  • Lead and mentor junior animators and VFX artists, promoting best practices in Unity workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal Unity animation and VFX pipelines.
  • Maintain artistic consistency and technical accuracy across projects.
  • Proficient in Unity, Spine, Photoshop, After Effects; optional Illustrator, GitHub.

  • Develop and refine Unity workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and engaging experiences.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in 2D animation and Unity development.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
