Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer to lead our distributed systems team.

  • Architect and Build: Design, develop, and operate the foundational backend services that form the backbone of our platform.
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and support through code reviews, design documents, and technical leadership. Drive best practices in system design.
  • Founder-level Accountability and Impact: Take ownership of complex projects from conception to deployment.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Tackle challenging technical issues in distributed computing, large-scale data processing, and overall system architecture.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • A strong bias for action and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python or Go.
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure is essential.
