Job Title: Business Growth Manager

As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the performance of producers under the Agency travel team and Tie Ups, focusing on sustained growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee daily producer activities to ensure a robust pipeline.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to drive revenue growth through coaching and guidance.
  • Enhance individual agent performance by at least 20% annually.
  • Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.

Stakeholder Interfaces:

Internal Stakeholders:
  • Operations Team - Policy issuance and BOPs/COPs management.
  • Underwriter - Risk factor analysis.
  • Finance Team - Taxation handling.
  • Human Resources - Talent pool building and business foresights sharing.
  • Training Team - Employee training and development.
External Stakeholders:
  • Agents.
  • Broker.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in leading a company/business line in Retail Sales.

  • Any Graduation.
