Administrative Manager Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency in our administrative procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and streamlining administrative systems to ensure maximum productivity. This includes assessing staff performance, providing coaching, and ensuring effective use of resources.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory and purchasing, managing costs, overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons. The ideal candidate will also organize and supervise office activities, including recycling and event planning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent documentation skills using MS Office applications, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Time Management: Good time management, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting to changing situations.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with Admin support services experience and basic drafting and mailing communication skills.
