Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutioning Professional to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment within our business unit.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the design and evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: Drive the development of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and align with HCLS emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
  • GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
  • Proven Expertise: Payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape, business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing / driving AI-led techno-functional solutions, BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and innovation orientation, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to interface with prospects, partners, analysts, and internal teams across geographies, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
