We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative ideas that drive client reputations and brand engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating breakthrough campaigns that resonate with audiences, work across channels, and meet or exceed client goals.
Key responsibilities include co-developing creative strategies, overseeing ideation, setting standards for all creative output, building strong client relationships, and championing innovative programs.
The successful candidate will be able to translate briefs into clear creative visions for teams to execute across platforms and media, stay current on industry and cultural trends, and bring unconventional solutions to the table.
A trusted authority for clients, this role will enhance the agency's reputation while mentoring and developing creative talent, fostering the growth of emerging leaders.
Collaboration with integrated teams is essential to elevate campaigns from conception through completion, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maximize team contributions.
The ideal candidate will also be able to consolidate, articulate, and present creative ideas persuasively and clearly, review and provide feedback on creative briefs, and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements- 8–10 years of experience at a reputable digital agency.
- Proven track record of leading the production of creative assets across multiple media and channels.
- Experience in creating assets for bought, owned, and earned media strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
- Strong time and resource management skills.
- Knowledgeable about design tools, digital platforms, and media trends.
- Ability to excel at networking, negotiation, coordination, and organization.
