Job Title: Creative Visionary

As a creative visionary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer-centric strategies that elevate brand storytelling and drive conversions. Your focus will be on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and lead strategic campaigns that enhance conversion rates and retention, leveraging customer insights, trends, and data to inform your approach.
  • Content Strategy & Messaging: Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits and lifestyle narratives, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives, overseeing campaign execution and providing strategic guidance on creative assets and visuals.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage customer behavior data and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI, identifying opportunities for improvement and iterating on campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Industry Expertise: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor strategies, applying insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
