Are you passionate about fashion and storytelling? Do you have a knack for creating engaging campaigns that drive conversations and sales? We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a consistent brand voice and narrative across all digital channels, including the website, social media, emailers, and WhatsApp. Strong writing skills are essential.
  • Establish and maintain communication guidelines to ensure tone and style consistency across teams and platforms.
  • Conceptualise and develop captivating campaigns that reinforce our positioning as the go-to destination for curated, modern fashion.
  • Align campaigns with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
  • Ability to ideate and execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Design and deliver all digital communication assets, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners.
  • Be comfortable and confident being in front of the camera to model and create engaging content, as well as to serve as the face of the brand for specific campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of visual content - from concept to final output - ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is essential.
  • Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant messaging.
  • Support growth and engagement by producing creative content that drives conversations, shares, and saves.
  • Stay updated on digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats.
  • Introduce new ideas for storytelling and brand expression that resonate with the evolving audience.
  • Should be able to use AI tools for content creation.
