Job Description

Hardware Design and Development:

  • Assist in hardware design, collaborating with the team to create innovative solutions that meet performance standards.
  • Support schematic capture and layout tasks using industry-standard software for designing and laying out PCBs.

Testing and Validation:

  • Perform thorough hardware testing and validation to ensure designs meet quality and reliability standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the testing phase.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with senior engineers to contribute to the design process and provide technical support to the team.
  • Offer guidance on hardware design and assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Industry Awareness and Technology Adoption:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and design methodologies to improve hardware development processes.
  • Suggest and integrate new design ideas and technologies to enhance product functionality and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in hardware design and development, including understanding of hardware design principles and methodologies.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Hardware design principles: understanding of electronics design, circuit theory, and hardware architecture.
  • Testing and validation: hands-on experience in testing and validating hardware systems.
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout tools: familiarity with industry-standard software for designing and laying out PCBs.
  • Analytical skills: strong ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve complex hardware-related issues.
