Job Title: Electronic Production Lead

Job Description

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that all products meet our high standards. Your expertise in electronics manufacturing will be instrumental in driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics production, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of production plans.

You will also be expected to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will need to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups and present ideas confidently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in selecting, training, and constructively motivating teams
  • Capable of considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements
  • Hands-on experience in production processes
  • Competent in managing large teams consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel
  • Possess considerable previous managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments
