Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Interface Integration Specialist with hands-on expertise in healthcare interoperability and interface development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HL7 standards and practical experience working with leading interface engines such as Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Mirth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and Rhapsody.
  • Perform rigorous testing of interfaces to ensure data integrity, message routing accuracy, and system reliability.
  • Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience Required
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD).
  • Experience with various communication protocols such as SFTP, MLLP, and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.
  • Good understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR data exchange, and interoperability concepts.
