Job Overview:
At Pepper Content, we're looking for a skilled Creative Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you'll be responsible for providing creative support and project management assistance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine creative concepts.
    • Possess materials for brainstorming sessions to ensure structured and productive discussions.
    • Translate and execute the creative vision on set effectively.
  • Project Management Assistance
    • Support project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
    • Coordinate team meetings and manage communications between stakeholders.
  • Research and Innovation
    • Research emerging video formats such as vertical video, 360-degree, and VR to enhance storytelling.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new production techniques, and innovative storytelling methods.
    • Suggest new shooting styles to improve creative output.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the creative and production teams to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
    • Foster effective communication between departments to facilitate smooth production processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain organized project documentation, including creative briefs, production plans, and meeting notes.
    • Evaluate project outcomes and compile reports for post-production analysis.
  • Production Assistance
    • Support the production team on set during shoots, ensuring logistical and technical needs are met.
    • Prepare and organize presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality Control
    • Gather feedback from the Head of Production and creative team during filming.
    • Implement real-time adjustments to enhance production quality and creative integrity.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in a creative or production support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in research and ability to identify innovative trends in video production.
  • Basic understanding of video editing software and production tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
