Job Title: Product Strategy – Growth
A strategic professional is needed to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments.
- Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies.
- Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
- Presentation of insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, an MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases or 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB).
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python), and hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
