**Key Responsibilities**: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compliance efforts.

  • We require someone with expertise in navigating the complexities of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars.
  • This individual must be able to drive day-to-day operations for Gift City while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • They will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely reporting and compliance, leveraging their skills in risk management and operational control.
  • Responsibilities also include managing investor queries on a regular basis, flagging potential issues, and developing efficient controls for reconciliations and compliance reviews.
  • Another key aspect is developing partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and other organizations to support the startup ecosystem.
  • As a senior representative of our organization, they will drive our culture and values among employees.

**Qualifications and Experience:*

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in related activities within the securities market or financial products, including portfolio management, brokerage, investment advisory services, wealth management, research analysis, or fund management.
  • Prior knowledge of finance/accounting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
