We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support our quality assurance and surveillance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing quality assurance and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process audits, surveillance checks, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking to identify and address non-conformances.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics such as compliance rate, defect trends, and Corrective Action Closure Rate.
  • Maintain audit records and contribute to QMS documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality standards to ensure stakeholders' understanding and buy-in.
  • Ensure dashboards reflect real-time or periodic updates of QA and surveillance metrics using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
