The role of a Junior Mechanical Engineer at our organization involves day-to-day technical tasks and operations within the company. The engineer will be responsible for creating detailed designs of mechanical parts and systems using SolidWorks CAD software, developing prototypes to test and validate designs, working closely with other engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements, preparing technical documentation, including engineering drawings and manuals, conducting tests and analyzing results to improve design efficiency and performance, and assisting in the manufacturing process by providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience with SolidWorks CAD software. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, and relevant industry experience is preferred but not required.
