Financial Leadership Opportunity

Red Envelope Consultants seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee all financial aspects of the organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing accounts, funding, tax compliance, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Tax Compliance: Maintain strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters.
  • Accounting Systems: Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure efficient and accurate accounting practices.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor payments and maintain banking relationships.
  • GST & TDS Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST returns and maintain TDS compliance by booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
  • ROC Compliance: Coordinate ROC compliance with auditors in a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other consultants.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably as an AGM or Head of Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law and accounting software configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
