As a highly skilled Sales Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales operations for international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential international clients to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global B2B markets, leveraging your expertise in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Schedule and lead product demonstrations with key decision-makers, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads through regular calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes and client interactions, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and support, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs, demonstrating your ability to drive results-driven sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles and practices.
  • 1–3 years of experience in international B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
