Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Solutions Leader to spearhead the deployment and lifecycle management of advanced manufacturing applications in a semiconductor fab and/or OSAT environment.

  • Design and implement integrated systems for quality and process improvement.
  • Evaluate and select software solutions that align with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI/ML into existing systems to enhance predictive analytics, fault detection, and decision automation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and support contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and support manufacturing and quality systems including SPC, FDC, OCAP, and 8D tools.
  2. Develop and execute strategies for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
  3. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and solution analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to manufacturing or quality systems.
  • Familiarity with SECS/GEM, MES, and integration with factory automation platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
