Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Telephony Collection Team Lead to lead a highly customer-centric collection team and achieve regular collection targets and KPIs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective collection strategies, managing large teams, and coaching/training team members. They will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, as well as a clear vision for the bigger picture and decisiveness.

This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing effective collection strategies for early-stage delinquent users while considering quality and CSAT impacts.
  • Working with risk and front-end collection teams to align campaigns with organization goals and compliance benchmarks.
  • Owning and creating dial-out strategies, floor mobility strategies, and prioritization frameworks based on portfolio segments.
  • Managing cost of collections within tight budget constraints to ensure profitability.
  • Examining strategic performance, identifying emerging business opportunities, and developing creative action plans.
  • Staying aware of competition space and collection ecosystem trends.
Key Responsibilities

As a Telephony Collection Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a highly customer-centric collection team that achieves regular collection targets and KPIs.
  • Developing and executing operations plans for tele-calling sites.
  • Innovating tele-calling structures to create a sharply focused state-of-the-art framework.
  • Providing development models for team members to deliver as expected.
  • Frequent performance reviews and monitoring of team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of tele-calling collection experience in financial services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fintech collection space.
  • Knowledge of new technology solutions and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams and coach/training team members.
  • Clear vision for the bigger picture and decisiveness.
