Seeking an experienced professional to undertake compliance reviews for retail assets. Key responsibilities include preparing and executing review plans, conducting fieldwork, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
Compliance Review Plan:
- Prepare a comprehensive plan outlining review objectives, timelines, and checklists.
Fieldwork and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough reviews of retail assets, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare draft reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Documentation and Follow-up:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all compliance reviews.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on review progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance testing or internal auditing, preferably with a focus on retail assets.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and follow up on open issues.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CIA.
