Job Title: Visionary Data ArchitectAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Data Architect to spearhead our data strategy, ensuring seamless integration across various systems. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement robust data pipelines, facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, and drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that efficiently process large datasets, enabling real-time insights and analytics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and analytics, to ensure aligned data strategies and successful project outcomes.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain comprehensive data governance policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Business Acumen: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, identifying opportunities for data-driven innovation and strategic growth.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data architectures, with expertise in cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving projects forward, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Data Architect) a plus.
