We are seeking a seasoned Technology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for innovation, planning, and alignment with business goals.
  • Design and develop secure APIs and services for financial data exchange, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency.
  • Optimize system performance by analyzing and improving transaction handling capabilities, minimizing latency, and ensuring high availability.
  • Coordinate the delivery of product transformation efforts, client requests, maintenance items, and production fixes, while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects or performance issues in .NET applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technology management, with a focus on financial services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent, with expertise in object-oriented design, development skills, and modern web architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Appian workflow development, Front Invest accounting application, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
