Job Title: Energy Management Specialists

About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team of Energy Management Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy management and be able to contribute to the development and implementation of our energy management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of energy management, including software selection, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, BAs, QAs, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective energy configurations and customizations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of energy processes and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of energy configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest energy features, functionalities, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Energy Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in energy management, preferably in a consulting or IT role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of energy management software and systems, including Endur.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
