Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our concept design phase.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative mechanical concepts and designs based on client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.

They will transform ideas and rough sketches into detailed 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge. Feasibility studies including stress analysis, material selection, and cost estimation will be conducted to ensure designs meet project goals.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, production, and quality control, to ensure designs are practical and efficiently produced.

They will generate detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.

Additionally, the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will perform design reviews, assess potential design risks, and implement necessary improvements.

They will stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are cutting-edge and competitive.

Finally, they will provide technical support during the prototype development phase and participate in testing and validation of new designs.

They will also prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders, including clients and management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • 5-12 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong emphasis on concept design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in performing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other simulation techniques to validate designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all design work.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
