Job Description

  • Manage share transfers in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of share ownership and related transactions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes.

Partners' Books Management

  • Ensure timely maintenance of financial records and partners' books.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including profit shares.
  • Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities; present findings to management.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to internal control systems and applicable laws/regulations.
  • Assist in establishing best practices for finance operations.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with finance team members, auditors, and external parties.
  • Provide support for finance-related projects, including process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient procedures for managing share transfers.
  • Identify areas for improvement in finance operations and propose solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and external parties.
