Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Oracle DBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle database software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases to ensure high performance and security.
  • Storage Management: Create and manage storage structures with high-level security features to protect sensitive data.
  • Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure minimal downtime in case of a disaster.
  • User Management: Set up and manage database user accounts to control access to sensitive information.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on how to access and use the database effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to database integrity, performance, and security.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with Oracle database administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification preferred.
