About Us:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure seamless plant operations, equipment maintenance, and business process efficiency.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP PM implementation and support. A strong knowledge of PM processes, including preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance is essential. The selected individual should also possess hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP PM module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Configure and customize Plant Maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage master data, such as equipment, functional locations, BOM, task lists, and work centers.
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and provide end-user training/documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SAP PM experience in implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes: preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM (materials), PP (production), and FI/CO (finance & controlling).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
