Job Summary:

Audit Senior professionals perform a wide range of duties to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls to identify areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate audit planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States.
  • Develop independent research skills to stay up-to-date on US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Manage time budgets and prioritize tasks to meet client expectations.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry exposure: Commercial Real Estate.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Approaches projects with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills to drive success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications to manage day-to-day tasks.
  • Knowledge of Caseware, Caseview, or IDEA is a plus to leverage technical skills.
