Job Overview\Helpers a seasoned AI Engineering Lead to spearhead our high-impact projects. You will be responsible for both technical implementation and team leadership, driving innovation and efficiency through large-scale data systems.\

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with massive data sets, robust technical skills, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

This is a full-time onsite role at our Bengaluru office, requiring strong coding skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to envision practical applications for cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to optimize operational efficiency
  • Developing data architectures tailored for AI agent operations and large language model integration
  • Leading a team of junior data engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews
  • Actively writing high-quality code alongside the team
  • Designing and implementing efficient data architectures to handle massive and complex datasets
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in data processing systems

Qualifications & Professional Experience:\

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
* 3-6 years of experience in data engineering/AI development roles
* At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience developing AI agents or LLM-based automation systems
* Proven experience designing data architectures supporting AI operations
* Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on AI/ML libraries and frameworks
* Experience with vector databases and embeddings for AI applications
* Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services
* Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders\

Preferred Qualifications:\

* Experience with orchestration frameworks for AI agent workflows (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT)
* Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as tools and platforms for agent development
* Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations
* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and their interface with AI systems
* Experience with containerization and microservices architecture for AI agent deployment
* Background in MLOps and AI system monitoring
* Understanding of semantic caching and optimization techniques for LLM-based systems
* Experience integrating multiple AI agents into cohesive systems\
