Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Founding Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative products and platforms.

  • Design, build, and deploy core services that drive business outcomes, including data ingestion, normalization, matching, and real-time scoring.
  • Create clean, well-documented APIs used by fintechs and enterprise data teams to drive business growth.
  • Own end-to-end features from product discovery and architecture to testing, observability, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stand up a reliable data stack (streaming + batch) with strong SLAs and cost awareness, driving business efficiency and scalability.
  • Set engineering standards (code quality, security, CI/CD, on-call) and influence the product roadmap to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Work directly with customers to validate use cases and iterate quickly based on feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Help hire and mentor the next wave of engineers, growing into a VP/CTO track as we scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–8+ years building production systems with a strong focus on backend development, data engineering, storage, distributed systems, or API/platform engineering.
  • Strength in at least two of Node/TypeScript, Go, Python, Kafka/SQS, Airflow, Spark, Postgres/OLAP/Snowflake, containers (Docker/K8s), infra-as-code, monitoring, and testing.
  • Solid cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure), product mindset, algorithms, data modeling, system design, and security instincts.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
