We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Learning to join our learning and development team in Ahmedabad, India.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience in field sales training and be passionate about developing others. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of employees across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire training
- Deliver sales training
- Facilitate soft skills and behavioral training
- Drive self-learning initiatives
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales leaders and new hires
Requirements:
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience working on sales training assignments
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
