Interior Design Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced interior designer to lead our luxury holiday homes design process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential or hospitality interiors, with a proven track record of managing external consultants and internal design teams.

  • Design Leadership & Oversight: Oversee the design development process with external consultants and internal managers, ensuring all design deliverables align with our luxury brand ethos.
  • Consultant & Team Management: Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, build and mentor a strong internal team of 3-5 design managers, and delegate effectively while maintaining personal oversight on critical design and execution checkpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions, partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent, and resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery, and uphold our standards of precision.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering: Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience, and review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment.
  • Innovation & Future-Readiness: Bring global best practices and innovative materials into projects, explore digital and AI tools for visualization, moodboarding etc, and reimagine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity.
