Expert Web Development Leader

This is a leadership position that oversees the development of front-end and back-end components, ensuring they meet strict accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with web development frameworks, including ASP.NET MVC, and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Responsibilities:- Manage project deadlines and deliverables for the development team.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing among team members.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technologies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development with a focus on ASP.net MVC frameworks, .NET C# and MS-SQL.
- Proven experience delivering WCAG 2.2 AA-compliant web applications.
- Proficiency in one or more MVC frameworks (ASP.NET MVC).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (TFS), and CI/CD practices.
